Kishore Shahani is a proven Business & Leadership Development Executive with extensive achievement driving businesses within complex markets and developing value-add cross-functional teams.

 

He holds extensive experience expanding companies into Mexican, Latin-American and US markets. Kishore has managed the P&L and CAPEX of global businesses in excess of $100MM in revenue.

 

He is a progressive driver of business capabilities to effectively grow businesses and manage change, facilitating increased execution at all organizational levels. Kishore has diverse experience within  Mexico, USA and UK markets.

 

He is currently bringing his more than 30 years of business leadership experience to action as a Business Consultant, Leadership Trainer and Speaker.  He is a Change Management Advanced Trainer certified by Prosci and participates as a trainer in Faculta’s PROSCI Certifications for Change Management Practitioners.

Arjan Shahani

Arjan is a seasoned professional leader who has excelled in the marketing, communications, HR and social development fields. He is a trained mediator, crisis manager, change manager and an amateur skateboarder.

With more than 20 years of experience, Arjan has spearheaded the exponential growth of FMCG brands such as Coors Light and Heineken in the Mexican market, earning him a number of national and international accolades, including Effies, Círculo de Oro, First Place in the Global Heineken Innovation Challenge and a number of features in business magazines as an up-and-coming marketeer.

As a B2B Marketing Director in a LATAM Business Consulting firm, Arjan transformed the organization's brand and marketing model, growing 3x in both quantity and value of YoY lead generation.

​

His work in the non-for-profit sector was instrumental in the development of an alternative justice model in Mexico, resulting in the approval of 9 state level legislation packages incorporating court-annexed mediation and training and certification of over 500 national mediators. 

​

Arjan is currently a partner in his own marketing Agency and in Shahani Initiatives. He enjoys leading teams and pursuing projects that encourage people to exceed their limits and expand their capabilities. Arjan believes the best results are achieved when team members are empowered to contribute, provide their own particular points of view and fields of expertise. Micromanagement and delegating tasks instead of responsibilities are barriers to efficiency and effectiveness. Principled leadership, creativity and flexibility, clarity, shared vision and well-managed decision-making processes are keys to success.
